Poppin is the only butterfly in the Butterfly House with all the colours of the rainbow on his wings, causing him to be bullied. While the others flutter in groups, Poppin wonders why he can't be like everyone else.
But when an unexpected visitor at the Melbourne Zoo turns Poppins into the most-talked-about butterfly, he realises that popularity is not the same as belonging. And that true happiness was within him and the company of his friends all along.
